1. Nature of This Service
Prior Lake Residents Directory is a private reference to official public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected to Prior Lake, Minnesota. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or a linked result to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm a person.
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act.
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.

This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Nothing here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Third-Party Services
Government portals, archives, and sponsored search providers operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, fees, records, or privacy practices.

12. Severability
If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.
